    1. Purpose

    These Terms of Service govern the contractual relationship between GClimb and its customers for the sale of Google Merchant Center analysis services (Deban GMC).

    2. Services Offered

    GClimb offers automated e-commerce website analysis services to verify conformity with Google Merchant Center policies. Our services include: Deban GMC analysis, detailed report generation, automatic appeal letter creation, and assistance with suspended account recovery.

    3. Pricing and Payment

    Our service prices are displayed on our website in Euros (EUR) including tax. Payment is made online by credit card through our secure payment provider Stripe. Payment is due immediately upon order. GClimb reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, with the understanding that the price at the time of order will be the only applicable one.

    4. Subscriptions

    Our subscription plans are billed monthly or annually depending on the chosen plan. The subscription is automatically renewed at each term unless cancelled by the customer. Cancellation can be made at any time from the customer area and will take effect at the end of the current period.

    5. Right of Withdrawal

    In accordance with consumer protection laws, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for services fully executed before the end of the withdrawal period and whose execution began after the express prior consent of the consumer. However, GClimb offers a money-back guarantee: if your Google Merchant Center account is not unlocked after following our recommendations, we will refund you in full.

    6. Results Guarantee

    GClimb is committed to providing quality analysis and recommendations. Our money-back guarantee applies under the following conditions: (1) you have applied all recommended corrections, (2) you have submitted the generated appeal to Google, (3) your account has not been unlocked within 30 days of appeal submission. In this case, you can request a full refund by contacting our support.

    7. Liability

    GClimb makes every effort to provide a quality service. However, GClimb cannot guarantee the unlocking of your Google Merchant Center account, as this decision rests solely with Google. GClimb cannot be held responsible for decisions made by Google regarding your account.

    9. Intellectual Property

    All content, reports, and analyses generated by GClimb remain the property of GClimb. The customer has a personal and non-exclusive right to use the reports generated as part of their subscription.

    10. Modification of Terms

    GClimb reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. New conditions will be applicable as soon as they are posted on the website. Customers will be notified by email of any substantial changes.

    11. Disputes

    In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action. Failing that, French courts will have jurisdiction. The customer may also use a consumer mediator.
