Data deletion and access revocation

    Last updated: July 25, 2026

You can withdraw GClimb's access to your Google account at any time, and request deletion of all data concerning you. No justification is required.

    1. Disconnect your Google Merchant Center account

From your GClimb dashboard, open the Deban GMC page and click "Disconnect" in the Merchant Center connection banner.

This immediately revokes the token with Google, then deletes the access token, the refresh token and the cached Merchant Center data from our database. It cannot be undone: reconnecting later will require a new authorization.

    2. Revoke access from your Google account

You can also withdraw the authorization directly at Google, without going through GClimb. Open the third-party apps page of your Google account, select GClimb, then choose "Remove access".

Once revoked, our tokens become unusable and no further call to the Google API is possible.

Write to contact@gclimb.io from the email address linked to your account, with the subject "Account deletion". We delete the account, the analyses, the Google connections and the associated credit history within 30 days, and confirm the deletion by email.

We only retain the accounting records the law requires us to keep, which contain none of your Google data.
