    What the extension does

    • Analyzes Shopify product pages locally in your browser
    • Stores analysis results locally in your browser cache
    • Opens Google Ads Transparency pages (external link to Google)
    • Opens gclimb.io website (external link)

    All analysis is performed locally in your browser. No data is sent to any server.

    Permissions Explained

    activeTab

    Used to analyze the current Shopify page you're viewing when you click on the extension icon.

    storage

    Used to cache analysis results locally in your browser for better performance.

    scripting

    Used to inject the analysis script on the active tab when you open the extension.

    Third-party Services

    The extension may open links to:

    • Google Ads Transparency (adstransparency.google.com) - External Google service
    • GClimb website (gclimb.io) - Our official website

    These services have their own privacy policies.

    Data Storage

    Analysis results are stored locally in your browser using Chrome's storage API. This data:

    • Never leaves your device
    • Can be cleared at any time via Chrome settings
    • Is automatically deleted after 1 hour

    We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
