Money-Back Guarantee
If your Google Merchant Center account is not unlocked after following our recommendations, we will refund you in full. No questions asked.
Refund Eligibility Conditions
- You have applied all corrections recommended in our analysis report
- You have submitted the appeal letter generated by GClimb to Google
- Your account has not been unlocked within 30 days of appeal submission
- You can provide proof of your appeal rejection by Google
How to Request a Refund

- Provide your account email address and order number
- Provide a screenshot of Google's rejection
- Our team will process your request within 48 hours
Refund Timeline
Once your request is approved, the refund will be processed within 5 to 10 business days to the payment method used for the purchase.
Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your customer area. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to our services until that date. No partial refund is made for remaining days in the current period.
Exclusions
The money-back guarantee does not apply in the following cases:
- Recommended corrections have not been applied
- The appeal letter has not been submitted to Google
- The account was suspended for reasons different from those analyzed
- Repeated violation of Google policies after initial unlocking
