Refund Policy

    Preamble

    GClimb operates on a prepaid credit system. You purchase credit packs that you use at your own pace to access our various AI analysis modules. Purchased credits are cumulative and do not expire.

    Used Credits

    Credits that have been consumed to run an analysis (GMC compliance, SEO audit, CSV optimization, etc.) are non-refundable. Once a credit is used to generate a report, the service has been delivered and the consumption is final.

    Unused Credits

    Credits that have not yet been used may be eligible for a refund. If you have remaining credits on your account and wish to be refunded, you can submit a request by email.

    Request Procedure

    To request a refund of your unused credits, send an email to support@gclimb.io with the following information:

    • The email address associated with your GClimb account
    • The reason for your refund request
    • The number of remaining credits on your account

    Refund Timeline

    Once your request is approved, the refund will be processed within 5 to 10 business days to the original payment method used for the purchase.
